    Parameters

    • from_chain — the chain the transfer came from. This chain's RID for on-chain transfers
    • from_id — the ID of the sender account
    • to_id — the ID of the recipient account
    • asset — the asset that was transferred
    • amount — the amount of the transfer

    Returns

    a map<strategy_name: text, rule>
